At Ideal Technology BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which Canon photocopier products, spare parts, and consumables may be returned.

✅ Eligible for Return

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product is wrong or mismatched with the ordered model
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (verified by our technical team)
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

🕒 Return Request Time:
All return requests must be made within 3 working days from the delivery date.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
  • The original packaging, seal, or accessories are missing
  • Electrical or electronic parts are damaged due to power issues, misuse, or improper installation
  • The issue is reported after 3 working days
  • Toner, drum, or spare parts are opened and used (unless DOA confirmed)

🧾 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your invoice number
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product issue
  3. Our technical team will inspect and verify the claim
  4. Upon approval, the product must be returned to our office

💳 Refund / Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided if the same product is available
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Delivery or service charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

🛠️ Service & Installation Notice

  • Service charges are non-refundable once service is completed
  • Installation or on-site service does not qualify for return
  • Warranty (if applicable) will be handled as per manufacturer or service agreement
